You may experience some difficulties with setting up the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). If after following the detailed instructions from our tutorial: Bridge4PS Login don't solve the issue, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
- Time-sensitive code: Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app within 30 seconds before it expires, when copying the code you'll see a timer next to it.
- Try the Secret Key option: If the QR Code is not recognized or the MFA codes are flagged as invalid, select the “Secret Key” option in your Authenticator app to complete the setup.
Notes:
You can copy/paste this Secret Key from the login page to the Authenticator app for easy setup.
Save the Secret Key in a secure place as it must be used for all devices connected to the Bridge4PS account. - Make sure your phone’s time is set automatically
- iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings → General → Date & Time → Set Automatically (turn this ON).
- Android: Go to Settings → General Management → Date & Time → Toggle on these two options: 'Automatic date and time' & 'Automatic time zone'. - Setup the MFA again: Remove the existing Bridge4PS entry from your authenticator app and re-scan the QR code or re-enter the secret key we provided and try again.
- Login from another device: Try to sign in from desktop or another device instead of mobile.
If you still have trouble after doing this, please reach out to us at support@bridge4ps.app with this information:
