Bridge4PS is built to support secure, compliant collaboration across public safety. To meet the needs of a wide range of users and agencies, we offer two license types: Basic and Pro. Below is a breakdown of what each license offers and how to upgrade if you need access to additional features.
Basic License (Free Tier)
All verified public safety users can access Bridge4PS through a Basic license at no cost. Basic accounts are intended for limited, non-operational use—especially useful for no-notice events or agency onboarding.
Basic users are limited to:
• Membership in up to 3 channels/discussions (excluding M4PS-exempt channels like #Bridge4PS Announcements & Resources).
• Participation in private or public channels they’ve been invited to.
• Most standard collaboration features like file sharing, replies, threads, and voice messages.
⚠️ Once a Basic user joins 3 channels/discussions, they must leave one before joining another—unless they upgrade to Pro.
Pro License
Pro licenses unlock the full power of Bridge4PS and are recommended for users who need the platform for daily operations or to collaborate across multiple teams or agencies.
Pro-only features include:
• Unlimited channel membership: No 3-channel/discussion limit.
• Bridge Teams: Automate group membership across multiple channels.
• Create Public Channels: Make channels openly searchable within Bridge4PS.
• Channel Exports: Export messages and files from channels.
Pricing & Volume Discounts
Bridge4PS Pro licenses follow a tiered volume pricing structure. If your agency has a pre-negotiated rate, the discounted pricing will be automatically reflected in the “Upgrade to Pro Now” button within the desktop/web version of the app.
