File Preview in Channel (Mobile & Desktop)
This is a general category related to file upload/attachments. 

File Upload Types and Size Limits:

1. Basic Users
   1. File Upload Size Limit = 5MB 
   2. Allowed File Types: CSV, doc, jpg, MOV, mp4, pdf, png, ppt, Xls
2. Pro Users
   1. File Upload Size Limit = 100MB 
   2. Additional File Types: CPG, heic, mc, rp2, rp3, txt, zip
      
      

File previews within the Bridge4PS app:

Adobe PDF, Images (PNG, JPG, GIF), Video (MOV & MP4), and MS Office files (DOC, XLS, PPT) should show a preview in the channel as displayed in the following chart.
