If your organization does not have Single-Sign-On setup with Bridge4PS, be sure to enter your credentials under the section "Sign-in with your username and password". Do not select the button for an agency (ie LA-Sheriff's Dept) or "Continue with Google".
On the login screen, select “Forgot your Password” below the username field and enter your username or email address to receive a password reset code.
BE SURE TO ENTER YOUR USERNAME OR PASSWORD ALL LOWER CASE.
The reset code will be texted or emailed. If you do not receive the reset code and are sure that you entered the username or email address correctly in all lower case, submit a ticket with type "Password Reset". You will be asked to provide the accurate email address and phone number that should be associated with your account.
Passwords are case sensitive and must contain a minimum of 8 characters including:
- (1) Capital letter
- (1) Lowercase letter
- (1) Special character (avoid using @ for the character)
- (1) Number
