If your organization does not have Single Sign-On (SSO) set up with Bridge4PS, enter your credentials under “Sign in with your username and password.” Do not select an agency button (e.g., LA-Sheriff’s Dept) or “Continue with Google.” 

On the login screen, select “Forgot your Password” below the username field and enter your username or email address to receive a password reset code. 

The reset code will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive the reset code and are sure that you entered the correct username or email address, submit a ticket with type “Password Reset.” You will be asked to provide the accurate email address that should be associated with your account.

Passwords are case sensitive and must contain a minimum of 12 characters including:
  • (1) Capital letter
  • (1) Lowercase letter
  • (1) Special character (avoid using @ for the character)
  • (1) Number
